The Three Major Announcements
1️⃣ InFlux’s Official Partnership with NVIDIA
This was quite a large breakthrough announcement but here are the main details:
- Flux has graduated from the NVIDIA Inception program to become an official NPN Partner.
- This partnership will integrate Flux’s decentralized compute infrastructure with NVIDIA’s enterprise-grade AI compute solutions.
- Flux will gain exclusive access to NVIDIA’s technologies, tools, and customer base, solidifying its place as a key player in AI and Web3.
💡 Why This Matters:
Flux becomes the first blockchain project to secure an official NVIDIA partnership at this level. This legitimizes decentralized computing and sets Flux apart from competitors. Collaborative Benefits: innovation, credibility, and market leadership.
2️⃣ N3XGen Cloud Partnership — Blackwell GPUs incoming!
- Flux announced a strategic partnership with N3XGen Cloud, a company specializing in sustainable AI compute infrastructure.
- Through this partnership, Flux gains access to over 50,000 high-performance GPUs, including NVIDIA H100s, Blackwell GPUs, and L40s!!!
- These resources will be seamlessly integrated into Flux Edge, allowing users to access enterprise-grade compute power on demand.

3️⃣ Kraken Listing & Flux Parallel Asset Expansion 🎉
- Flux will be officially listed on Kraken, one of the oldest and most reputable and regulated crypto exchanges, on Feb 5th.
- Flux will add a new parallel asset Flux-Ink. Ink is Kraken’s layer 2 (L2) blockchain built on Optimism. Dan hinted there will be “something” in terms of rewards when Flux-Ink is released — whoop!
- Kraken will also has future plans to integrate several Flux parallel assets (PA), and has Flux staking on their roadmap as part of Kraken Earn.

Flux is ramping up enterprise adoption by creating a dedicated Cloud and Enterprise Sales division to onboard businesses transitioning from Web2 to Web3. To support this move to Enterprise Adoption, InFlux announced some roles changes:
